The Treasurer-Tax Collector, in his capacity as County Treasurer, is responsible for the cash management and investment programs of the County, and he acts as the depository for all County, School District and special district funds. In his capacity as County Tax Collector, he is responsible for the billing and collection of property taxes and assessments on the secured and unsecured tax rolls, and for the collection of delinquent taxes under various programs.
