PURCHASE OF COUNTY VEHICLES FOR THE PROBATION DEPARTMENT

SEALED BID NO. 17-19

 The County of Amador is seeking sealed bids for furnishing of all labor, tax, bonds, insurance, permits, premiums, shipping, transportation, services, disposal, equipment, materials, and appurtenant facilities for Four(4) 2018, 4 Wheel Drive, Ford Explorer XLT and Two (2) 2018, 4 Wheel Drive, Ford Explorer XLT in accordance with the attached specifications.  Qualified bidders may acquire a bid package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA (209) 223-9375 or download from Amador County’s Public Purchase website http://www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca

 Sealed bids will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail, at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; or delivered in person, U.P.S., Federal Express, or by any other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; until 1:30 P.M., Thursday, September 14, 2017, at which time sealed bids will be opened and read publicly in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX), and E-Mail bids will not be considered. Bids received late will be rejected and returned unopened.
